Installed my JB4 today and seem to have some issues. I’m emailing back and fourth trying to figure them out but I’d really like to bounce ideas off of someone else that has a Maverick

What's going on?
First it was the install and then it was logs and graphs not working but Terry at Burger has been super helpful and responsive so that’s all up and working now.

Any pointers for me as far as setting things up? I know your running meth ok yours. I might end up there when I have the front end off for the intercooler swap

There is not really much to set up unless you are going to create your own map. Study your logs and look for pulled timing. Originally Terry told me to put the max boost at 22 but if it hits that number it goes back to map 0 so he told me to put it at 25. I emailed him logs for every successive map up to 4. I've done 5 a couple of times but the logs say I shouldn't. Once you've gotten familiar with the logs you can play with the E85 stuff. Your gas mileage will take a hit with all the data logging but it's worth it. https://datazap.me/u is a free way to look at the logs in graph form. You can select the parameters you want to see on the graph and if you click on the line it will put a separate scale for that parameter on the side.
Also check out this page. It explains every column https://bmwtuning.co/bmw-n54-data-logging-with-jb4/

That actually makes a lot of sense with what I’m seeing. I didn’t know that it went to map 0 at that point.

Ok I don't really understand this JB4 thing. Does it come loaded with a tune like an SCT and then you can get a tune from a modder (for additional peramiters) or is it already preset from factory? Or is Burger the mod? I know when you add like exhaust or CAI you can order a tune to compensate but I just don't understand this yet. I'd like to know if you add bigger tires that it can you change the MPH difference with other power up goodies?
Thanks guys

Ive been having trouble figuring out what size of jets this thing has. Also is it a mechanical or vaccum advance in the dizzy? Will i ruin my motor running unleaded fuel?
