I thought the same thing before spending that kind of money but after looking into how something like this evolves with the community that supposes it I’ve decided I want to be a part of how it develops. Which features, benefits etc.I still want to see real Dyno runs for products like this before I trust them. Several tuners have been dynoing in 1st gear instead of 4th and it gives inaccurate torque numbers
Almost every tuner I have seen recently is locking the gearing in 4th. Initially yes, some dynoed through the first 4 gears, but that was because there was no way to lock into a gear like traditional automatics.I still want to see real Dyno runs for products like this before I trust them. 6 weeks later. Still like it? No issues? I may order one.I installed mine on Friday. Still playing with it. I have a cold air intake and this tuner and all is great. Pedal to the floor and it takes off a bunch faster, shifts seems smoother and doesn’t eat gas unless the heavy foot is in effect. VERY happy with this tuner and no regrets. Love it.
