Your Ford you have now has injectors capable of injecting up to 32% more fuel than neat gasoline stoichiometric ratio. Since ethanol has about 35% less energy, you need to inject more. Thus you can run "mid grades" of ethanol; up to about really 70% with stock equipment. Full flex vehicles come with larger injectors. Many times, it's not needed.
While that may be the case, you will need a tune for that much ethanol. The stock tune shoots for an afr too lean for high percentages of ethanol. Unless these trucks have sensors for ethanol content, in which case they would be flex fuel.

This is a better view of the last data log I posted. Ignition advance seems good and only drops when the transmission is shifting. Max boost at the end of the log is 24.3 psi. This log is also a 0-60 of 5.9 indicated MPH which is actually 0-63.1 with my tires. The more adjustments I make the more I like this!

Ford Maverick JB4 with Snow Water Methanol Injection 0-99 new data log

This is a new data log with a 0-60 of 5.55 and a 1/4 mile of 13.8 @ 96.89. The indicated 92 does not account for 255/50r20 tires. This is probably about as far as I'll go with this. I just got my Livernois tuner and waiting on the tune. I'll see where it goes from here.

CanyonRacer, just reviving your thread to see if you're still around. I think you're the only dude on record who has sprayed water/methanol in your Maverick.

In that last data log with the 5.5 0-60, were you spraying, or was it just with the JB4?
