This is a new data log with a 0-60 of 5.55 and a 1/4 mile of 13.8 @ 96.89. The indicated 92 does not account for 255/50r20 tires. This is probably about as far as I'll go with this. I just got my Livernois tuner and waiting on the tune. I'll see where it goes from here.
I don't know what the spring rates are but they seem plenty stiff enough for regular loads. I added Air Lift bags to the rear springs Link and put the schrader valve in the driver side cubby. I keep a mini bicycle pump under the back seat. It only takes a couple of pumps to get it to 20 or 30 psi.
JJC has made some routed spacers. Mine are crude and not nicely finished but they are made from the same material. High Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE) I used 2 different hole saws.

I never posted any pics here of the updated spacers I used, so here's a couple. CNC'd HDPE. They go in...
I installed mine before the hack became available. At that time it was uncertain if it ever would be. I won't take it out unless it ever fails but it works exactly as needed even down to 15mph. I angled the stem down and can just see the light when the wheel is straight.
There's a long thread from January when I did the install. The springs are H&R 28633-1 for an Escape. I think Tirerack.com has the best price. Search "escape springs" several others have installed too. I have a property in the Santa Monica mountains (reason for my screen name) I don't know if...
Remove the dome light and the single screw is right there above it. The screw goes through a metal clip that is spring like. Once removed you can pull the antenna up. If you have small arms and hands you can reach the plugs through the dome light hole. If not you can recruit someone with small...
No rubbing at all. I was originally going to put some all terrain tires in the same size on my truck. Falken, Toyo & Cooper all have 255/50r20 All terrains. I think they would've looked good at stock height (pic) But, then I lowered it so now I'm going to try some 275/45r20's
There is not really much to set up unless you are going to create your own map. Study your logs and look for pulled timing. Originally Terry told me to put the max boost at 22 but if it hits that number it goes back to map 0 so he told me to put it at 25. I emailed him logs for every successive...
It's really hard to tell what this picture is, but I was trying to show the bracket. I saved the side closest to the middle of the bumper and trimmed away clearance around the tip. I orginally saved both sides but one was so thin I cut it off. Now it is second cat delete with resonator and then...
Your maverick has a GCWR (gross combined weight rating) of 6145 lbs. The max load you can tow is 2000 lbs total (trailer & load) Your vehicle curb weight is on the sticker in the door jamb. That sticker will also give you the exact bed payload. You add your curb weight to your total trailer...
This is a better view of the last data log I posted. Ignition advance seems good and only drops when the transmission is shifting. Max boost at the end of the log is 24.3 psi. This log is also a 0-60 of 5.9 indicated MPH which is actually 0-63.1 with my tires. The more adjustments I make the...
