Yeah, I've got them on the rear now with my factory wheels & lugs.

A 25mm would likely get the fitment perfect all around. The 20mm is very close but in this picture you can see the front still sticks out a touch farther than the rear. The tread is still fully within the wheel well though, just the side wall pokes out now.

I appreciate your responses. I ordered the spacers. 20 mm looks perfect! Sweet looking grill!

Seems like we’d be better finding a wheel set up that’s 7” wide with +37-40 offset upfront and a rear wheel with that’s 8” wide with a +20 offset.
wouldnt that do the same thing if rear offset is diff then front?? why not just add rear spacer to make rear wheel sit the same as front width??

If your only goal is to push the rear wheels out, yes.
You also then need to verify if your wheels can accommodate the lug studs that stick out (unless you’re using a 1.5” spacer) if using spacers with studs.
If they can’t then you either have to cut the studs or replace them with shorter studs.
If you’re using spacers without studs you’ll need to install longer studs.

By going with a staggered set you keep the contact path the same for the fronts and rears and potentially not have to figure out the stud issue.

I'm looking at 1/2" spacers to facilitate my eventual plan.

The guy who owns the blue truck that Eibach used to do the engineering for their AWD lowering springs runs a 255/45-20 and looking at his wheel specs I can do the same thing with eibachs and 255/55-18 on my stock 18" wheels, and a 1/2" spacer.

I figure I'll put the spacers on with my stock tires when I install the eibachs.

Did you do the 25mm spacers? Did they go on without changing the studs? I am about to put 25 mm on the back of my truck.

I would assume because the Maverick is FWD mainly. If you go into your cluster info screen and check out the AWD torque split, you’ll notice this vehicle is heavily FWD, until you change your drive modes. Understeer is more safe from a factory build point of view then oversteering, so makes sense that the front track width is wider then the rear. Especially since the vehicle was intended as a light payload pickup for the city.
I am about to put 25mm spacers on the rear, will I be able to use original studs?
