We have owned our 2022 XLT Hybrid now for exactly 2 years now. We have logged 9750 miles since new and typically only drive it on sunny days occasionally. Being retired from General Motors we have owned many new vehicles as well as several S-10 and Sonoma trucks. We both love the Maverick better than than any of the other new vehicles as it exactly fits our current needs and cost. My wife ABSOLUTELY LOVES the heated seats and large interior space. We LOVE this truck!

My poor baby just got out of the hospital, which tied it up for 6 weeks plus. It is doing GREAT after the surgery.

I drive about 5 miles to work each day in my vehicle. My job is driving cars for the local dealers, which makes my monthly average at 7500 per month. Better theirs than mine!

3 years, 71K miles but not all in one Maverick. I’ve owned a 22 ecoboost AWD CG lariat bought used with just a hair over 8K miles and put 32K on it averaged 33.5mpg. Then I added another one a 23 hybrid lariat carbonized gray with just over 8K miles on it put 17K on it averaged 43.6mpg. Then traded the 22 with 40K on it for a brand new 24 HPR lariat hybrid last year. It now has almost 21K miles on it averaging 44.3mpg. Just last month traded the 23 for a slightly used 25 eruptions green hybrid AWD 4K tow. It had just over 8K miles on it and now has just under 11K miles. It’s averaging 43.2 miles. So I’ve owned 4 Mavericks a 22,23,24 and 25 and all toll put about 71K miles on them. Our current Mavs are the 24 HPR hybrid which is my wife’s and my 25 eruptions green hybrid AWD.

Updating my original post.... coming up on completing year 3, about to click over 60K miles, just made the last payment from the original 36 mo/0% Ford financing. I think this truck might be my best all-around DD yet....it just does everything competently, and efficiently. Definitely a keeper.

Atlas Blue XLT w/lux package EB.
Bought 2/29/2024 Just turned 1000 miles. No more commuting to work - the Mav is going to be used for road trips and going to the hangar. My other vehicle is a B-25 Mitchell https://www.cafmo.org/
So far so good - getting 29/30 mpg. Just dropped the Mabett mud flaps on today - they seemed to fit very well and it took less than an hour to install all 4. I think the yearly mileage will be 6 or 8 thousand??? First new vehicle (for me) in 46+ years (wife's cars don't count!).
So with the Ford extended warranty next leap year (2028 Tuesday, Feb 29) the Mav will be one year old!!!

Update 11/9/25 - 34,331 miles 19 months - road tripping a lot!
West coast - East coast - Texas - Northeast - multiple trips to Iowa.
I was just slightly off on my estimate of the number a miles per year.. (6 or 8 thousand???)
Planning on getting the trans fluid changed next oil change at 35,000.
No issues so far other than the audio/infotainment locking up periodically...
I have considered the SYNC and screen upgrade but, I kinda like the smaller screen....
