Just add a pint of distilled water. The change in coolant percentage is negligible. As an aside, why are you losing coolant? Is there a small leak somewhere?
no leaks whatsoever that i can notice. Not in the engine bay or under neath the truck. I'm hoping that they didn't add enough at the factory. It's one of those I wish I should have looked when taken delivery.

The level can vary. If it's just a little above MIN, check it a few times on multiple days. If you really feel it needs more, just add a little distilled water, like others have suggested.

Unfortunatley, I don't have a part number. Here's what I bought, and it meets Ford's requirements.

Was $19 plus tax for one gallon.

At 17,000 miles my coolant level is near the min mark. Thinking about adding some more but unsure whether I should stick with ford oem or generic Walmart or advanced auto type coolant. What do you use?
My coolant was also the same at about the same amount of mileage. Weird. I topped it off to the max mark. Took it to the dealer and they couldn't find anything wrong (as usual). Guess it was just my imagination that I added about 10 ounces to bring it up to the MAX level. I bought the factory Motorcraft Antifreeze at the dealer. Cost $20 for a gallon.
