I'm french, i bought an imported Ford Maverick XLT Ecoboost 3 months ago. It is a second hand with 50k km
It was "converted" for Ethanol.

I'm quite happy with it for the moment.

I discovered today a button a can't find in user manual. Can you help me ? See picture

Nothing appears on screen when pressed so I guess indeed for aftermarket button. I'll make more research

That gives me an idea where to put the switch for the Diode Dynamics light kit I ordered.

Looks like an after market seat heater switch. Is it 3 position or 2?

No did'nt find anything
Nothing appears on screen when pressed so I guess indeed for aftermarket button. I'll make more research

They could have also removed lighting before they sold it. Get under and start tracing wiring. Shouldn't be too hard. Let us know what you find. At least it's a clean install!

Could you post some other external pictures of the truck, maybe we can see if there are some non-OEM add-ons? Could be almost anything from external lights, an aftermarket block heater, compressor, inverter, maybe even a kill switch? It's also possible the original owner removed whatever the switch did before selling the vehicle.

Did you see Goldfinger? BE CAREFUL!! This may be an EJECTION SEAT. Before you push the button, sit something like your mother-in-law on the passenger seat. THEN push the button. Bon chance.
