We were discussing interior, not exterior color.
Didn’t know PA was “boiling” 😆

I live in SC. We know boiling! 😆 while I do garage my vehicles, I simply open all the windows for a bit while the AC gets going. Works like a charm!
SC knows boiling? Come to Lower Alabama or Florida!

Yah, sorry about that.

Temp wise though, where I am we're running neck and neck with Columbia, SC. Only we've also got worse humidity. It feels like Georgia up here.

Let’s be honest. thats more of a “you” problem than a fault of the maverick.
I disagree. No one over 5ft 10 will be able to pull it off. And for a truck marketed this way, it's going to be a problem. I was asked so I answered

And fwiw, I am very comfortable in a Nissan altima with a car seat behind me. So it's not crazy too have hoped a truck could accommodate this as well

nothing wrong with your answer. I get that is an issue for you. But this is a compact truck and we shouldn’t expect the room we get in a full size pickup. the good news is that they don’t stay in car seats forever but I do recognize that doesn’t help you out right now.

Interior: Lack of Lariat interior color options has to be it.

Exterior: Lack of full height rear sliding window. Putting a couple pieces of tall lumber or piping into it to keep the tailgate closed with item weight (possible bouncing) on the glass itself.... i can see Murphy giggling already.

One thing that bothers me is the trailer hitch opening. To me it looks unfinished, hacked in, and overall just a second thought design. It would be nice if the hitch didn't protrude out so you could put the cover over it when not towing.

I've thought about that as well. I bet one of our 3D printer Pros on here could come up with a cover with a little bump/bulge in it for the hitch. That would be a nice clean look.

Having lived at the tip of VA all my life and then moving to SC, I can definitely say that SC humidity is "Special". We live on the coast and it doesn't even help... I used to think that the humidity in VA/MD/PA was bad... It's now a relief to get to go visit family up there now!

To stay on-topic though... The thing I like least about the Maverick I ordered in August... That it's not yet in my driveway!

Eh, that complaint applies to basically all the small and mid sized vehicles on the market. At 6'5" you should be used to it by now. Heightism!

I think I’m going to hate how the blue dash/panel pieces clashes with the brown active-x seats and HPR color. In hindsight I wish I had gone with a different paint color as a result.
