What color tailgate lettering for Azure Gray Metallic Maverick?

I am awaiting you build (week of Feb 12). My order is for an Azure Gray, with black appearance package. I am leaning to having ”matte black” lettering similar in color to the bumper. What do y’all think?

I went with black on my white XL because I wanted the letters to pop. However, if you prefer a more subtle look, then gray would be my choice. Stainless would also look good but that would be a bigger contrast.

White looks great with that color.

the 'chrome' ones I have are plastic that is raised at least 1/2" so they look different than just a flat decal. there actually might be a raised option for flat black, I haven't checked recently.

other suggestions in this thread are also good ones. I think raised chrome, tremor orange if it actually matches, and flat black could all work great.

BLACK. I am colorblind, and see via "contrasts." If it were a dark grey/blue, I would have said white. Beautiful color, whatever it is!

I think reflective black is almost always the right answer. The letters are NEVER actually black, but are always some shade of silver/grey. They match the bumper and other plastic trim and are crazy bright silver when a light is shined on them.
