Still waiting. Lariat Lux ordered 8 months ago. The last official word from Ford was that it would be delivered to Frontier Ford between 17 and 23 April.

Mine was scheduled for delivery to Snohomish between April 18 and 24th but got it to the dealer on the 13th. I picked it up Friday the 15th and I love it.

Just 2 Mavs out on a shopping run @ Bonney Lake Safeway

Craziness!
45 minutes north of you in Eastgate today, 2 other Mavericks met in a Safeway parking lot.

Fellow MTC member Durflife and I met to sell window air deflectors, hold hands, and swap Maverick stories.
2 of those things happened!

Almost got in an accident when I saw this one on the side of the road. Lake Forest Park/Brier line. Managed to stop for a creepy photo. First one I have seen in person.

I had a visit from my son, he is moving back to the west coast from Maine. I asked him to take me to pick up our Maverick at Bickford ford in Snohomish. Then they went to Bellingham to see their son. I must say I was not sure how it would go with the pricing although salesman Jeff Wing assured me it would be at the original price. Well, it all went great, and no problems at all, there was even a fits package sent from the factory. They were all awesome and offered an extended warranty if I wanted it, no pressure. I would recommend this dealer, they were very professional.

I had my front windows tinted and also the top of my windshield at Car Crazy in Olympia yesterday. Got to test out the adaptive cruise and lane centering, I think I like it but felt the lane centering is a little touchy. Ended up with 27.3 mpg on the first tank of regular gas from the dealer. I order a bug screen for the front of the hood, I hope I like the way it looks. I wanted to get the 3m clear tape cover but thought it was too expensive.

I may have seen that Mav in Northgate at the Kraken Community Iceplex parking lot a couple weeks ago. First I’ve seen in Cyber Orange and a hybrid.

Also at Northgate Station, I saw that security recently got themselves a Maverick XL.

I've got almost 5000 miles on mine everywhere between Forks and Ellensburg, and no one has seen me yet!

Maybe that's partly because my Maverick has been at the dealer since last Tuesday for the dash rattles issue. Hopefully I hear good news soon.

Never bothered to enable the lane centering but my Lord!, ACC is a marvel , I just set my speed and go. Best thing ever not worrying about slowing down because the car in front of me suddenly felt like taking a dump

I can never go back! And the Maverick works so much better than other Ford's and Kias I have used.

With luck, my XL hybrid will be out of the shop Monday or Tuesday. Had to replace the entire wiring harness. Been waiting for parts for a couple of weeks.

Finally got rid of my silver grille bar with Hyperdip. I know you were thinking about painting yours and am pleased to report it came out awesome.

I love it! Looks great. I got a quote for $400 to have mine powder coated black. Which I think is reasonable. But I need to remove the grill bar myself, and I haven't psyched myself up to removing the whole bumper and grill assembly myself. So I might just go plasti-dip too so I don't have to remove it. Although I want to tint my turn signals at the same time.

If taking the bar off didn’t involve a whole song and dance, I probably would have painted it too. The dip was super easy to do and I was way likelier to have kept it silver than take the whole bumper off, sand, paint and re-assemble. I feel fulfilled now that it’s black, since I would have paid way way extra for a black appearance package.

I just saw a post in the main thread saying that Titus-Will in Tacoma sold someone's custom order out from under them! This story about gave me a heart attack. Thank god I didn't order from them but it still give me an uneasy feeling until I actually have the truck in my hands.
