I just installed the 100% opening top drawer (pardon the pun) bed slide from DECKED in my Maverick. Here is a video on some of the installation notes and my thoughts on the product. I installed it with my factory drop-in bed liner so it IS compatible. The system is pretty beefy and heavy, perfect for use in the trades, camping, and other heavy gear. It's not for everyone, but if you need a slide deck this one is pretty slick.

These are awesome if you can make the sacrifice for bed space. Pricey though, at least for the "name brand" stuff. I think if I was going to do it, I'd hit up home depot for 1/8th the cost.

How much does the 100% extend past the end of the tailgate? Would be great if the front piece had clips to remove or lay down so you could carry much longer loads.

Yeah I suppose if you took the front or side wall/rails off you could feasibly use it for long stock like wood or things like that.

This looks about as efficient on space as their drawer systems. Too much wasted space, too heavy, and too expensive for me, but perhaps it's good for certain folks.

Either way, it's cool to see more accessories for the Maverick.

I would really like a telescoping model for using it as a bed extender for longer objects. Like others said: a pull out drawer with no front.

Great idea for those that need a bit more of a specialized purpose for their truck. One thing that concerns me is the sharp corners and edges on the box especially those spear shaped ends! I would look to slip a bumper edging on those to save someone some skin.
