Here's the latest from the dealer (Koch 33 Ford in Easton, Pa.) regarding my January order for a HPR XLT EB, 4K, FX4, Lux.

"No word on your Maverick yet, we have about 37% of our total ordered Mavericks scheduled and that's through the end of June. I have not seen any scheduled for July yet. Where yours sits? We have almost all orders scheduled from June '21 thru October '21, however only a few from November have scheduled. Yours was ordered January 25th."

Constraints notwithstanding, if you figure there are four months worth of production left to schedule (July, August, September and October of 2022) three months of orders (November, December of 2021 and January of 2022), it's going to be a squeaker as to whether Ford is able to get all these trucks built in time. Of course we know some won't be with the constraints, but even in a best-case scenario looks like it would be awfully close. I certainly am not holding my breath, but nor am I giving up all hope...

I'm in a similar boat (except Lariat and Alto Blue) but same packages. 1/15 order. I talk to the dealer once or twice a month and they keep assuring me I'll have a truck this year. I just don't see how. Good luck to you!

He never said this model year, just in 2022, if I read your post correctly.

I just got a VIN for my Dec 6 Lariat Lux EB FX4 4k with a production week of July 25. I also have protective film and bed extender constraints. I have hope for you.

I suspect that November and December saw the lowest number of orders for the production year with January getting a bump from the closeout. The order tracker here on MTC seems to go along with that. There should be a lot less trucks to build for the last three months of the model year compared to any three previous months. This should give some hope as long as most orders prior to October have already been assigned VIN's or built and trucks ordered after October and already built then balance out those outstanding earlier orders. Clear as mud? Almost 4 months of production left (still unscheduled) to build four months of orders.

nice! my order date was Dec 15th and mine is base XL ECO AWD with a few things added, but not the CP-360 or other electronic adds. Might be getting closer to able to be scheduled if my dealer gets some allocations

I contacted Ford regarding the 2 maverick I ordered in January (17th & 27th). Women spoke with @Ford said the 1st order showed a priority code of 19 & the 2nd order a priority code of 10. She said they are waiting on parts and the 1st order was ahead in process & showed ahead of 2nd order well off in front of the 10 day difference of order dates. She told me to contact dealer to see if can get 2nd order priority moved up. I contacted dealer and upon getting back to me, said Ford can only move the priority code. She gave me the Rovp #'s. Each time I have called Ford I get more info.. The salesman said looks like I may be close to production. I'll have to contact Ford again to see about the priority code issue. Both ordered are XLT w/Ecoboost fwd, only extra option is tow hitch...so no restrictions. We'll see. 2nd Mav is for daughter. Best of luck to all waiting. When I have called Ford they are very helpful & quick about looking into the orders.

That's really nice communication from the dealer. Even though it's still up in the air, that kind of information is appreciated IMO.

I didn't know about the order shut off looming when I went in to the dealer to order mine on Jan 24th. A couple days later they sent out texts saying that if anyone wanted an order they better do it soon cause they weren't taking anymore.

I haven't heard much of anything. My sales lady at the dealership shoots me a text once inawhile saying she had checked their orders and mine isn't scheduled yet. Thats fine....not worried about it it'll show up when it shows up.

Its never been mentioned to me about removing my copilot 360 or Lux package but I wouldn't anyway because those are options I want.

Agreed. He is the sales manager and he's been pretty good about answering my questions. I bother him about once a month.
