I would say what has frustrated me is the lack of communication with the dealership. Obviously, they want to sell vehicles, but there is a customer service aspect that comes into play as well. I paid $500 out of pocket, the least I would expect is an email with some sort of confirmation number. Literally any product you buy online, no matter how expensive or inexpensive, you receive an email confirming the company received the order.I’m not sure why you guys get so worked up over knowing exactly where your truck is in the pipeline. It will show up at your dealer when it shows up and they will definitely let you know when it does because they like selling cars. It’s kinda the business they’re in ya know?
