2023 Tremor. Noticed that my back bumper is melting near the tail pipe. I don't idle near curbs or anything like that. I'm at 10k miles. Going to dealership to try to get this addressed under warranty . Anyone else have this issue?

I recall this post.
I have a 2023 maverick 2.0 with the 4000 pound tow pack, towing my 6 x 12 utility trailer. I noticed that my rear bumper started to melt on the bottom where the exhaust tucks in right behind it. Anyone else have that issue?
Never found out how it was resolved, but it sure is not correct.
Definitely warranty.

Judging from your photo it looks to me like your pipe is too close to your bumper as you could see the photo on my Tremors tail pipe shows a further distance from the holes that are stamped in to the body than yours does plus it seems to me your exhaust is burning rich I have 20 K on my Tremor .

Good afternoon. Could you please send over a message with your VIN and estimated mileage? I would like to take a closer look at this exhaust issue on my end.

Sent over my details - Dealerships first response is a denial of warranty work. Naturally I'm pretty livid.

Good luck with getting an actual response.

As others have said it looks like it is hanging too close. That could be because the exhaust isn't fully seated at each hanging point under the vehicle which will push it out of place. Your exhaust could just have been welded bad and is angled wrong, too.

Sorry to hear that. Did they give a reason for denial?
Initially it was insinuated that there was an alteration to the exhaust position that "could not have happened at the factory". Waiting to hear back since only oil changes and tire rotation have been done.....all on record per ford dealerships.

it's issues like this that make me want to review a OPs previous posts, as a tremor owner doubly so. Not that that should matter as the exhaust systems appear common for EB.
One posting in particular about extended idling times of two hours may be relevant. Even though it should not happen.
