Stuck throttle body / power train failure

Merry Christmas. Remote start and 20 minutes later I walk out and hear my truck puttering. Sounded like a dead cylinder. Get in to turn the key and the dash is lit up with warning messages. This is after a power train failure message last week. Transmission clutch not engaging in all gears. Dealer can’t see me till Jan 12. Says throttle body is stuck on the mil light. Guess I will call my dealer again in the morning. Ecoboost

I should mention that I’m at 24k miles. These are the first issues I’ve had with the power train .

Is it possible you were driving in heavy blowing snow, something may have iced up under the hood, can you get it in a heated garage overnight? might be a simple problem like that.

Yes, it should not do that, there may be an issue of a component that isn't properly 'protected', lots of snow gets into the engine compartment & then melts from engine heat, & refreezes around something when it's parked. With all the winter weather the country is getting we will see if anyone else has a similar problem.

Just a heads up, this happened to mine and the throttle body fixed itself. A few weeks later my transmission failed. The throttle body was never the issue, it was the transmission but the computer was throwing the wrong warnings. It’s now at Ford getting a new transmission.

Update : Took the truck in yesterday for my appointment. I gave them the keys and they said they would get someone to take me over to Hertz for my rental. I just stood there looking confused. The service advisor said she didn't know how long it was going to take so they set up a rental so I didn't have to wait around. Haven't heard anything yet about what's going on.
I did get a 2022 V6 Colorado rental which has no power compared to the Maverick and the fuel economy is terrible.

Wow... for overnight repair warranty rentals, GM used to require that the rental agency furnish a current model year GM vehicle unless none were available.

Update. I picked my maverick up this afternoon. They could not find a issue. Codes were logged in the computer but nothing was active. Told me they reset the computers. Seems to shift better now. Can’t really tell since it’s sleeting out. Work order said no tsb or ssm per diagnosis.
Overall very satisfied with everything. Dealer is thinking it’s just a glitch in the system I guess.

I had a similar issue with all the codes , starting with the pre collison assist failure- right now its in the shop and they are charging me 1200$ for a new throttle body- I feel like im being ripped off. And all this happened after taking it in 2 weeks agon for the 12v battry recall and they also did another recall i believe.
