I had stock tires last winter when it was lowered. They were fine. Stock tires did what they were suppose to do. Now I have BFG mud terrain and level kit which is a big improvement in this stuff.

I have to say out of all the vehicles I’ve owned my Fwd Maverick is one of the best handling in the snow. I’ve owned over 75 vehicles ( yeah I have a problem) The Maverick is performs really good in the snow. Stock, slammed or lifted this truck has impressed me.

That first sentence had me laughing. I work for a commercial truck dealer . I plan on having a second dealer look into it. I'm only having the dealer look into it because I have a warranty. As far as I can tell the knock sensor is not considered to be a part of the emissions system.

I purchased the audio control LC6i for my install. I've had really good results with it on other vehicles. In my opinion it is the best bang for your buck for upgrading the sound.
