Stereo sound problem

Hello!

Bit of backstory: Got my hybrid Maverick at 38 miles, notice it had leaked most of its oil in my driveway by ~100 miles. Took it to the dealership, and they told me it was missing a plug on the 2.5L hybrid engine. Pretty upsetting, but got this fixed.

Then, shortly after, I noticed rain was flooding into my front passenger floor, pretty much filling up the floor mat. Took it to the dealership, they couldn't find where it might be leaking. Told me to take a video next time it leaks, but I wasn't able to catch it this time.

Today at 5k miles, it finally rains a little bit. There's not much water in my passenger floor, but my stereo quit working. I feel like they are connected, and am kinda concerned about my electronics being messed up now.

The stereo only makes one sound when moving the volume, sometimes it makes the sound when I'm at lower speeds:

I love my Maverick, but it feels like I've had too many issues. Has anyone had this particular issue?
