If you listen closely, through the stock cat, it sounds like that’s where all the restriction is. In those configurations, there’s an obvious hissing, which sounds like backpressure. I’d love to see some data acquisition, Gale Banks style.

Love the sound! Put a blindfold on me and I would've thought I was listening to a Focus ST.

Top quality setup, my guess is that all together this will be about $2,000. Would be a great starting point if you're building a hot Maverick.

This is not the Stainless Works downpipe, correct? Who makes this and what's the difference? Are there dyno charts?

It’s not the same. It's made by Fast Mavericks in California.
Not dyno’d yet, but the results will all be somewhat similar.

I ordered both the downpipe and catback from Stainless Works yesterday morning. Really hoping it sounds similar to the video. Reminded me of the Evo X in parts.

I'll be curious to get your opinion on the sound * inside * the cab, especially at steady highway cruising speeds of 60-80mph. Every aftermarket 4cyl system (not many, I admit...) I've experienced has a terrible drone inside. Instant deal killer for me. But if anyone can pull it off, SW would be highest on my list. Let us know when you're up & running.
