He is so excited to have a base model and then complains that it's too basic. He completely seemed to miss the flexbed features w/ the exception of the 12v supply which seemed to confuse him. I doubt you will find a pick-up w/ heated seats for under thirty grand (maybe a car or two that aren't hybrids) but again, that's why this is a base model.

Really? What other hybrid four-door pick up is out there for twenty grand?
That was what the cost of the vehicle was originally. Overtime Ford decided to jack up the vehicle cost. Hence why I said it was a $20,000 vehicle. That’s really all it’s worth too. If you honestly think it’s worth more than that when you’ve got hard plastic all over the car. The only soft top you have is where your armrest on the side of the driver seat near the controls then I don’t know what to tell you. Hard plastic all over the door panel. Hard plastic over top of the display panel. Hard plastic all over the 13 inch screen. Hard plastic all over the center console. That’s all it is is plastic. That is not worth $30,000 plus

I wasn’t looking for heated seats out of this vehicle. So where you come with that claim I have no idea. But we’re gonna bring back up the discussion where it was referenced on the video. He’s talking about an XL hybrid maverick. Exactly what I currently have. He’s talking about how it’s a good thing it exists for people but that it is very uncomfortable that it lacks pick up to wanna drive faster and I know people are saying oh well you can go into sports mode but that’s not what we’re talking about. We’re talking about a 191 hp four-cylinder engine. That’s what you’re talking about. He talks about how it struggles and that’s true because when I go to work every morning when I start up the car it reads high it doesn’t wanna go down for a couple of minutes. He talks about comfort. And I’ve already talked about that another threads. So the point is everything he said in that video is spot on which is the exact reason why I shared it here

So, if it were possible to make the Maverick or some facsimile for twenty grand, don't you think someone else would be doing that to undercut Ford's sales? #vaporware

That's coming. Look up the Toyota Stout. Coming 2026. Intentionally pricing below the Maverick.

The Stout is AI made up BS. Toyota's compact pickup was shown at the auto show in Japan this past week, it is a BEV, no way it's coming in under Maverick pricing with it's features. Sounds more like 2028, from what the press was saying.

The seats in the Maverick suck for any distance, but they do in my F350 too.
The seats in my wife's 2016 Escape are more comfortable than either one.
My old Sport Trac was probably the most comfortable I've had in ages.

The vehicle has so much plastic it’s ridiculous. Next to no other substance. Thin padding. Shitty speakers (low wattage). No amplifier. Short seats that are nowhere near comfortable at all. Manual side mirrors. Seats only have the ability to go up down forward and backwards. It doesn’t tilt anywhere. There is no lumbar support. Doesn’t have a very good pick up in terms of when you accelerate it struggles to want to go faster. A 20k vehicle at most being charged near 30k.
1. Just because the seats are uncomfortable for You doesn't mean they're for everyone else and I think people have Told You that on here before.
2.Sounds like You should have bought Your Maverick with the 2.0 EB if You wanted more pick up and shouldn't have bought a Hybrid.
3,How did the F-150 seats feel since i seen You on the F-150 Forum complaining about the Maverick Seats?
