I wouldn't say spot on when the reviewer calls driving the Hybrid "awful."

I'm genuinely surprised how much I enjoy driving the truck. The handling is fun, with just enough body roll to feel like a truck but still tossable like a car. The E-CVT transmission is genuinely good (my GF has had a series of Subaru with their *real* CVTs, and THOSE are awful), keeping it in electric mode as much as possible is a neat little game to play, and I find it quiet and smooth on the road. About the only disappointment to me are the brakes, which feel like they could be both stronger and more refined, but they're still fine.

Oh well, to each their own!

Reviewers tend to think every vehicle made should be a sports car with luxury features. Don’t try to convince them otherwise, you will fail.

When I ordered mine , back in 2021 , there were none to test drive , basically no reviews.
I looked at the facts ,specs , and price .
Figured it would work for me , especially replacing my gutless , thirsty , bland Frontier.
Yes , I've had the programming recalls done , but couldn't be happier with the purchase .
My last ZERO percent Ford loan payment is next week 🎉

The vehicle has so much plastic it’s ridiculous. Next to no other substance. Thin padding. Shitty speakers (low wattage). No amplifier. Short seats that are nowhere near comfortable at all. Manual side mirrors. Seats only have the ability to go up down forward and backwards. It doesn’t tilt anywhere. There is no lumbar support. Doesn’t have a very good pick up in terms of when you accelerate it struggles to want to go faster. A 20k vehicle at most being charged near 30k.

You've outed yourself as the video maker... just here for the clicks and Youtube money.
Definitely am not the video maker. In fact here’s your assignment. I want you to go on that person’s page and start referencing any conversation that we’ve had to him and see if he has any clue what the hell you’re talking about. I’ll be sitting right here waiting for your response or his response response that you get. I’ll be waiting.

Here we go again ....let's all pray that the OP eventually finds HIS vehicle ....and soon !
I already have. But nowhere have I ever talked about seats in here which is what you guys like to keep turning every single one of my threads into. Two and I do mean two are directly related to the Maverick of all my posts. One saying that the seat was not comfortable at all and I’m not wrong about that. The second one was about a remedy that I thought I had found with the Bronco sports seat being put into it. In the third was about all base level Ford seats. Of course that’s too much work for you to go find out or analyze so you try to lump every single one of those threads into the same meaning which they’re not there. You tried but you weren’t successful.
You know reading is very fundamental. You should try it sometime

Harsh review!
News Flash to reviewer: Small trucks do not handle or ride as well as your Mazda RX7 and your Mazda 3!
Sluggish?, Try sport mode dufus!
Rough ride?, I'll give you that one, but put 500 pounds in the trunk of your Mazda 3 and drive it over some train tracks, and see how that goes.

Tell the guy who made the video. Wasn’t me. I’ve already told you what to do. I’ve already said go to that video that I sent and see if he has any idea who the hell you’re talking about when you bring up this forum
