snow plow or front hitch

hello everyone ,
i would like to have an info ,
i have read that the maverick isnt made for snow plower ,
i have ordered the 2024 model , still it the same ? or they changed something ?

i just need to plow my driveway and my parents driveway , nothing crazy .
i have seen that they made small snow plower for front hitch , is that possible install the front hitch ?

last question , i also have seen the rear plower for the hitch , the snowsport 180 utility plow , anyone have tryed ?

Maybe install a baseplate for flat towing?
I would think better/cheaper for plow/blower for you mower?

The Maverick's unibody and transmission aren't designed to accomodate a plow. The manuel explicitely states against it, meaning it would also void your warranty.

Is this theoretically possible? Sure. Should you? Probably not.

The Maverick doesn't have a frame. The unibody structure will tear and bend. Use a snow blower, or an ATV.

A Maverick should not be used to snow plow.....

You need a Super Duty for that!

The Maverick frame would not hold up to being used as a snow plow. Yes, damage you cause by trying to plow with it would not be covered by warranty. It would be considered "abuse".

I understand isnt made for plow , but if u can hitch a 4k trailer u can push few inch of snow i guess

U right , but the right tool mean buy a bigger truck , that cost min 12k more plus the right plow that cost another 3/4k , so just to clean 2 small driveway 1/2 times a year the right tool cost 15k... is the right tool worth? Or a system ( back plow ) of 1k can do the same job in maybe 10 minutes more ?

Currently there is not a "front hitch" option. As in a 1" or 2" receiver.

There are a couple of base plate suppliers for "hitching" the Maverick to be towed.
