Wow, glad you walked away. Sorry for the loss. If possible wait a few months to order your new one. They should be taking orders for the 2025's by then, or go by your dealer and ask when the orders start. They've got some really nice changes on them. Good luck.

Welp it happened. Uninsured motorist tried to pull off a u-turn across a highway without looking first. I took off his front end with my passenger side headlight and wound up rolling the truck into the dunes next to the road.

Truck kept me safe, able to walk away with nothing but some bruises.

Planning on replacing this rig with a new one, jury's out if I'll stick with the hybrid or swap to the AWD. Sad the color isn't available anymore though.

That was some collision and uninsured bs. Glad you were able to walk away. Wonder if the extra weight from the hybrid battery added more rigidity. I too have an Alto Blue.

Go for 'replacement cost' vs. 'cash value' from the other driver's insurance, if you can.

He said they were uninsured so his uninsured coverage (if he has it) will have to cover it and sue them

two things; grateful that you walked away relatively unscathed and next i totally agree that 'Alto Blue' should still be an available color.

I had the Cyber Orange and it didn't come with everything ordered. So they had to order a new one (next year model). They dropped the Cyber Orange so I had to pick a new color. What's bad is, my husband picked that color and he passed away before we got the first one... Never even got to see it. Now I can't even get that color AND I loved it!! I sure do miss it.

I really liked the Alto Blue, and I'm sad to see they keep cutting out the unique colors to the Maverick. RIP Alto Blue, Cyber Orange, Velocity Blue.
