Welp it happened. Uninsured motorist tried to pull off a u-turn across a highway without looking first. I took off his front end with my passenger side headlight and wound up rolling the truck into the dunes next to the road.

Truck kept me safe, able to walk away with nothing but some bruises.

Planning on replacing this rig with a new one, jury's out if I'll stick with the hybrid or swap to the AWD. Sad the color isn't available anymore though.

Good luck acquiring a new Maverick. Getting close to the 25 orders (July?), they may be offering an AWD hybrid. I'd wait and see if I were you.

Thanks for the tip. Gives me some time to fight with insurance and put me in wait and see mode. An eruption green replacement would *almost* make this all worth it.

Yup. The tailgate was the only panel to not get dented/scratched.

that hurts to see but awesome that you walked away. It hurts just little bit more that it’s an Alto. if I lost mine I would replace with another mav for sure but i would hold out for the 2025s. some people no like but they look fine to me

Glad you walked away. Good luck with your insurance company. Took us 2 years to settle after our SUV was totalled when hit from rear while parked by guy doing 55 who was underinsured. Impressive integrity for a roll over.
