Congrats on the camera. Standing ovation for appropriate use of the dash cubby. That totem seems to somehow channel the spirit of the vehicle like it's laying a curse on anyone who dares question the capability of the Maverick.

Are you going to use Ring Protect Go?

I'm curious as to how long the truck can be parked somewhere busy - with the dashcam active using Ring Protect Go - before it goes into deep sleep.

And are you able to adjust the angle of the arm so it is lower to the dash? It looks like it would annoy my OCD for an unobstructed view of the road

Pretty sure it's not adjustable, that was one reason I decided to not get one. Plus the fact of the high monthly charge, which would be a separate bill from my other Ring cameras. Not to mention a high number of negative reviews (suggest anyone thinking about getting one to read those reviews) and the spendy price of the poor-quality camera. Also looks like an easy target for thieves.

Waiting till ring incorporates ring car cam into their subscription for ring home security. Not trying to pay for another subscription and only cover one car camera. They will eventually do it and will kill the security game if they do.
