Remove Orange on AC vents XLT

I have not received my truck from Long McArthur yet but curious if anyone has any info on the orange on the AC vents... decal, painted? Just wondering how easy it is to remove or cover?

Easy, but need to purchase XL model vents. They are all the same part number. Just need 4 of them. Removed all orange from my XLT. Even took care of handles. Search for Silver Bullet in the forums to see. Message me directly and I will get you the part number later tonight.

Blackout package came on my XLT so no orange inside. Would not have chosen it off the lot with the orange. Maybe get XLT blackout vents.

Yeah, that's what I tried to order at a 2 different dealers but could not ever get an order in and the 2024 is $5K more than the 2023 would have been so I am doing the best I can to get the look I want.

I 'm sure I saw black decals online somewhere to cover them. That might be cheaper/easier.

Why don't you see if there is someone on here that has black and might want the orange trim and trade with them. I have a Bronco and this happens all the time with folks who want different accent colors, just find a trading partner.

The orange accents grow on you. I thought I wouldn't like them but after a short time I don't even notice, now the XLT looks funny without them. That's just me and others may not agree.

This. I know I've seen posts of people chasing the orange accents before.

I think they look great, but would clash with my Lariat interior. If I had an XLT I'd want the orange accents.

I would have gotten Black Appearance Pkg, but not an option with FX4. So I had to remove all the orange. I chose not to use stickers as they won't last. And I never chose it off the lot, as I ordered mine with all the options that I wanted except the orange. lol XL Vent Part Number NZ6Z19893AB.

P.S. If anybody looking for Orange Vents and Orange Tray let me know.
