Has anyone been able to get ford inventory specialist to transfer a missing PRIVATE OFFER?

No. I've been working through my dealer for months now with no resolution. I have tried numerous time to go around the dealer to resolve the issue using all of the recommend Ford contacts resulting in the same answer, "You have to work through your dealer". I was originally supposed to take delivery of my Lariat hybrid the first week of January, but as of today it's still sitting in Michigan awaiting ground transport to Columbus, Ohio. I talked to a Ford customer service rep again just yesterday and he still could not locate the PO certificate. I felt he honestly tried within his limits to help locate it by changing the search criteria in Smart Vincent (name, zip, email, ect.) to find any info mismatch from my original order in November 2021 and my reorder in September 2022 without success.
I have an approved COVP order and number from 8 November 2021 which is within the required timeframe for PO eligibility.
I've already watched every episode, usually live, plus Johnny's Car Care and others and I have have relayed any helpful info to the dealer. As a lot of people here have experienced, there is resistance from the dealer to be told how to do their job and even though my dealer has contacted the Inventory Specialist (So I've been told.), the isssue has not been resolved.watch this starting at 1 hour 7 min mark. This week I'm going to post a poll on here and start gathering information on who got the private offer email but didn't get the private offer from their dealer. If there are enough people, maybe the media can get involved and get something done for us.Any updates?
I got no email but per the Ford Video Guy I went to Ford CS, got a certificate number and gave it to my dealer. Please name your dealer, as an FYI to others still shopping. Iām likely in the same boat as you (multiple orders last year that didnāt get built or vins issued) and want to confirm.I have two 2022 Maverick orders in. One was rolled-over, the other was scheduled and then canceled. I called Customer Service and I have ONE Private Offer in which appears to be from the roll-over, but they did not see a second one. I assume I should get one for each order, but the Customer Service person didn't know.
I was planning on taking both orders, but won't if I can only get one. Also, will the offer work on either order or only the one that has the order number associated with? @fordvideoguy?

But I called (800) 334-4375 and surprisingly got someone almost immediately. Couldnāt find my offer but said since they expired on Jan 3 they are slowly being added back to the system (in some cases but not in others). Said next I need to call the dealer- who
