So you replaced the car? To what if you don't mind me asking? And how long did you have the Maverick for before you traded it in?

Good choice. I also drive a Toyota 4Runner that has been rock solid for me. Never going to sell that thing.

I just bought Maverick hybrid in May and they had to replace compressor on second week and now having same issue with passenger side water under the floor mat.
Called the dealer and told me to bring it next other day. When I brought it he told me 3 days before they can look at it and no loaner car.
How I am going to get to work if they can’t fix it before Saturday?
I am just disappointed with Ford company and service and quality 🙄🙄🙄🙄🤔
Stock with the car if more things break down I will ask for lemon car return

You may want to read up on your state's lemon law. Looks like for Kentucky, the same problem needs to be repaired at least four times, and the vehicle cannot be more than 12 months from the date first sold or have more than 12,000 miles.

Wasn’t there a thread on here that pinpoints the leak behind the cowl? A member went for a fix and the dealer reseals the front somewhere by the windshield.
I have no problem laying a bead of rtv sealant than get the run around from the dealer.

Ahhh 2.5 years 65000 miles later i have just found this water leaking into my passenger side as well. Pulled the husky matt and water was there. I had noticed lately truck being very humid and couldn't figure out why.

I am not sure how long it's been like this now but this is concerning. Not sure if Ford will even cover the problem at this point. My dealer wants me to bring it in but won't offer a loaner smh.

There was a thread here that found where it’s coming in from. Something about a sealant being placed around a certain spot.

Hello! Send us a private message with your VIN and current mileage. Allow me to see what I can do to assist. Thanks!
Having this same water issue with my 2023 xl right now! Mold all in floor going up under the dash! Worried the dealership will overlook this or not do it right and skip replacing mold infested carpet. Anyone know how i contact Ford corporate on this? Going to Heflin AL buster miles Monday to drop it off.
