Passenger side water leak

so I have a used 2022 Ford Maverick and I noticed today that there was white mold on the carpet on the floor. I move some of the carpet and I removed the panel and all I saw was white mold all over the floor and all around the panel that’s back there with the wiring. Has anybody experience this that’s not under warranty and how much did they charge or does anybody know somewhere in Nashville? I live in Smyrna Murfreesboro Franklin that might have better pricing cause you know Ford is way overpriced.

Might that be a TSB if it was never taken care of?
So under warranty doesn't matter, since some builds did have an issue?

I'm assuming if this was the malformed seal anyway.

If another reason, maybe not.
