Order tracking, is this NORMAl?

I got an email saying my Mav is being built July 10 week. Today I finally hit the check tracking went to page computer had the vin and order number then went to next page. BUT it doesnt show its scheduled like my email says it is. I have a screen shot of email and of website tracking page. IS THAT NORMAL not to show the week the email says its scheduled?

I have read on here everything from it will not show scheduled until about 2 weeks before your production date, to it will not show scheduled until about 2 weeks after you get the email.?? I'm honestly not sure which is correct, but as to your original question at this point, it appears to be nothing to worry about.

Normal. Then it will bounce around once it does show up. Mine went 6/5 to 6/9 to 6/8 to now 6/6. So, bouncing round within the same week.

Mine jumped around several times until about 10 days before actual build day. The window sticker will be available about the same time (5-7 days before build date)
My AWD was shipped yesterday!

Write down all those dates and after you know your production date you will know how your truck did during it's time in the spot light. What works for one may not work for a different one.

I got my email 1.5 months before my built-week date. And it did not show Scheduled-Week-of until a few weeks before. Then about a week before it moved to In Production. So don't expect much until much closer. I did call Ford customer service and they confirmed it was scheduled even though the track did not show it. Also updates are usually on Thursdays. So even if it build on a Friday it might not show until the next Thursday. Hope this helps and congrats!!

Same situation for me. Maybe the database <ENTER> keys are on back order so it cannot not be updated. But rest assured they are working very hard .....................................................

It will be all over the place. It is part of the Ford checkerboard, and will drive you crazy if you watch all the moves. Just check about 3-4 days before build week and you should see your window sticker. Once that hits, it is downhill from there. Before you know it, you will be sitting behind the wheel of a Maverick.

yeah it's normal. If you're worried, you can ask Ford support. They can confirm for you that the production week is still listed in the systems they use. Your dealer may be able to confirm it as well.

Are you showing in production yet or have a sticker? I don’t and my day just moved from 5/30 back to 6/2
