Is this normal on Ford Order Tracking Page?

Hey, knowledgeable MTC members,

Is it normal for the Ford Order Tracking Page to show "order has been confirmed" after being built. The tracker shows the truck built on 6/23, but the top of the page and the green dot do not match. In Production first started on 6/12, then changed to 6/21.

Is this typical?

it's "normal" in the sense the tracker has issues.
Mine did that just before changing to "shipped" status toward end of January.
Number of others experienced same.

Give it a day or so.

Edit: maybe it was "built" status...can't remember.

I think the tracker has its glitches. For example, mine. It doesn't work in Chrome on my work computer, so I have to use Edge there. This is my current tracker:

Note, it was marked as "In Production" without a date on the progress bar, but that happened on the "Last Updated" date of 2023-06-22, 8 days before my scheduled week build... I wasn't able to pull up a window sticker until today (2023-06-25).

I was given a build week of Aug 21, but now on the tracking page, it doesn't show any build date - just order confirmation. Ugh.

As stated it is a glitchy system so why use it. Your sales person is just sitting at his desk wondering why no one calls him for information.
