More about avoiding getting hit in a city area, but someone did almost drive right into the side of my Competition Yellow Monte Carlo SS Pace car once.I love cool colors but I hate standing out, so I let other people buy them lol
orange fury paint code is NL and cyber orange paint code is SB, so they're definitely not the same color. orange fury is more orange, but not as orange as twister orange. It's like the difference between velocity blue and Atlas blue... Just this side of orange from yellow. To me, cyber orange was school bus yellow all day long.
That was why I didn't get in on my 22. Not enough red in the mix.also, it's been pointed out before that cyber orange paint code SB clearly indicates School Bus yellow.![]()
It was a Mustang color for a few years, but isn't currently.Wow, Twister Orange is new to me, that is some PUMPKIN orange. Love it.
I was on the fence between Atlas and Hot Pepper but I haven't owned a red car in about 20 years so HPR got the nod and I love it when it's clean and shining!Yeah, I wasn't crazy about the '24 color selection, but I am very happy with the Atlas Blue I chose, sort of by default. It was a real color, and it didn't cost extra. It's my first blue vehicle.
This is actually my grandpa's truck bought off the show room. Passed down to my dad and now too me. I Plan on keeping her pretty close to original, it has a 302 with a 4 barrel and glass packs so it's awfully loud. We also had the interior redone a couple of years ago and a fresh coat of paint. Now we are working on getting steering straighten out and maybe a little motor work.My dad had 2 Red&white 73 F100 302's, and a 73 F250 Camper Special 390. Bought all 3 for $10,000 new.
It's fun seeing doppelgänger rides. There is someone else in my area that also drives a 2004 Ford Ranger, in blue, with the side steps, and they are like a distant relation by that alone.People in our small community (I'm in the centre and driving a mile in any direction, I will be in the country) ,will be glad an Orange colour is coming back. At one time there were at least 4 Cyber Orange Mavericks ( one since was t-boned and totaled) . Plus a couple of cyber orange Bronco Sports and even a Cyber Orange Ranger. I've been mistaken a couple of times for someone else driving the same colour truck.
