Probably just condensation. Water will accumulate in the oil if the engine hasn't warmed sufficiently. Do you only take short trips?
What Jonny44 posted is correct. This can happen often as is the same for oil/fuel contamination as Ford Boss Me has posted on his YouTube postings.

The result of a hybrid that does not run the engine long enough to evaporate the water vapor that is contained in the exhaust gas that passes the piston rings and goes into the crankcase. The vapor condenses and forms a pudding-consistency coating.
You need to run the engine to full temp, and drive 15-20 miles or more with the engine doing the work vs the battery. It won't hurt things, but the water can form a mild acid when mixed with combustion byproducts.

Sure looks like water or coolant in the oil. Seems like a LOT of condensation in your engine over 205 miles if that's what is causing the issue. Low(ish) coolant, over full oil, and a milkshake in the oil fill neck on a really low mileage engine would give me pause.

I have learned some good tips from car care nut's youtube channel over the years. A lot of information pertaining to Toyota hybrids applies to Fords. At 9:09 in this video he makes a strong case for not overfilling an ecvt hybrid's oil compared to a regular gas engine.

Hope it's all ok, please keep us posted.

If your oil is overfull, the coolant is low, and the oil looks like a milkshake, do not run it and have it taken to the dealer. That is not just condensation.
