I just received an email saying my schedule build week of 8/8 has supply chain challenges...... customer service is telling me it is built awaiting shipment with an estimated delivery date ..... WTF is going on

Has yours been released from “in production” status? Mine is “produced” and built CS said but hasn’t been “released” to ship, so it hadn’t moved to official “built” status, leading me to believe it’s waiting on parts.

My window sticker changed a little bit. Anyone else had that happen? Invoice date is different and some of the numbers at the top have changed. Hoping they are getting close to building mine.

Well I got my Ford dear John letter today, which worries me that I'm even further back on the list than I knew. 10/09 ordered and confirmed the same day.

Seeing the following information caused me to do the Ford Chat and yes moved back another week. Don't see how it's possible, except they do not update it but get this, chat person said my scheduled delivery time is Sept 26- Oct 2nd. Did let her know that did not seem reasonable.

Did you get the "scheduled for production" email?

I also got with Ford Chat and my truck now has a build DAY of 9/5. Even though it is "week of 8/29" not sure how that works.

I joined this thread just to join in on the frustration, disappointment and being treated with benign neglect and outright abuse.
I intend to order a 2023 hybrid hoping to see it in 2024 only to anticipate being pissed off when it arrives as a major redesign is announced when I take delivery.

I got that email, too. I think I'll believe customer service since they've told me the truck is built, and consider this email as just another example of poor communication strategy.

Never, before getting within the 2 week window for the email have been bumped from scheduling week to scheduling week. Guess it's add 3 months to getting a VIN for July and early August folks. Thne we are within the 3 month window for MY23.

I now have a build DAY of 9/5. So I was curious if you had gotten the email about being scheduled.
