Contacted Ford today via chat and my new update is a build day of 8/19 now. I'm not getting too excited but I'm sure hoping this is progress.

Email from Ford today. It was old news though since I stay in touch with Ford. Email said build week has changed to 8/15. Oh well, at least they are communicating a little bit. That makes 4 emails since Oct 2021.

You talking about the window sticker? If so, yes I check the tracker daily to see if my window sticker is there. Nothing yet though. I'm still just in order processing with no window sticker yet. It is possible it will show up Fri. or Sat. but my build day is 8/19 so it might not show up until next week.

From what I’ve gathered using the chat and all the info from my experience, is once they assign the actual build date, the email for the “change in production date” email has gone out. I have known about the 8/1 week for awhile now, but never had an actual date. I now have an 8/5 set date and right after I got that email, I asked on the chat and they informed me of the 8/5 build day.

Today was my first contact with Ford Chat. Not sure what day I ordered but got my confirmation email of order on 10/07/21. Area 51 Hybrid XLT Lux. Got my order # and Sales # from dealership who stated my priority is 02. Ford chat says I am still in processing, no VIN. Guessing I will be a 2023. They basically had no information on how that is going to work, only that I should talk to the dealer. Dealer states they are waiting to hear from Ford on how that is going to work.

I got my window sticker last Thursday. My scheduled build day is supposedly 8/12. Checked ordertrack today and I've got modules! Not exactly sure what that means, but it has to be good right?

Mid Oct (officially longer than making a human being), order is XL 360, hitch, floor mats. I called again, zero update, still in processing. No information available regarding the imminent 2023 rollover/ reorder.

The most annoying part is when they suggest we reach out to our dealer. Dude, they know less than us, at least if I call the company it is the closest I can get to the source and they can check and confirm my order is still going nowhere in 3 mins instead of like multiple days.
