I, too, have not yet received an email - but calling support at 0800 this morning allowed me to find out that I have a VIN and build date scheduled for 1/16

Original order 10/18/21 was an XLT Hybrid Lux in Area 51. Had a MY22 VIN that was scheduled and moved 4 times then canceled. Went through all the stress/process of getting a new order placed with my dealer, who was pretty good with everything once they finally understood that my 22 wasn't getting built, but I was still worried something was gonna go wrong and I'd lose my order.
Yesterday got an email that I was scheduled for production the week of 1/9/23 for my new order - MY23 Iconic Silver Hybrid Lux with Black Appearance Package.
Fully expecting to possibly get delayed some, but as of now I think I may finally get a truck in a few months!

I got an email the other day. New 2023 VIN and January 9 production date. We will see if that is a reality. Ordered 10/6/21 XLT Catus Gray Co pilot 360. Tracking site seems to be not working so I can't tell if they dropped the 360 or not.

Have you tried this from the Trackers above sub menu link after WHAT'S NEW
CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.
Finally us October , vin assigned cancelled orders rolled to 23 are making progress. Ford Customer Service told me just now (12/5) that I have a 23 vin number and a build week of 1/23.
Hopefully it will get built that week, but I'm not going to hold my breath on that.

We ordered our cactus gray Lariat hybrid w/ Lux package and CoPilot360 on Oct 23rd, 2021. As part of the MY22-MY23 conversation process, we dumped a few items that the dealer could order/install.
We got a phone call form our dealer on Nov 3rd, 2022 saying that he got in three Mavericks and one of the customers had bailed on him. Since we were next on his priority list, he called us to see if we were interested.
He said it was the same truck as ours only it had a moonroof. Same color, same trim package, same options and it was a hybrid. Cool!
When we showed up later in the day to look at it, he hands me a printed email from Ford telling him that our Oct 23rd, 2021 order was going into production. It was raining Mavericks!
We took the Maverick that was in front of us because our dealer had to call other customers, who had been issued VINs, to tell them that Ford was not going to make their vehicle. So we thought we could join that club if we waited for ours to be built.
On Dec 3rd, Ford sent us a follow-on email that our Maverick had been built. It is expected at the dealership Dec 24th - Dec 30th.
We are very happy with the truck so far.

My 10/21/2021 order was scheduled, cancelled and now scheduled for the day 1/5 and delivery estimate of 2/5. Yippeee.

Yeah! Good luck! I am still waiting, waiting, waiting from Oct 11,2021 cancelled VIN, rolled over, no VIN assigned yet but at priority 2.
