Not That Small

So I've seen the pictures of the Mav sitting between two behemoth trucks, making it look like a Tonka toy truck. But I saw this photo, in my Farm Bureau Magazine, and it doesn't look all that small in comparison.

It's an Escape with a bed. I'm absolutely fine with that. Still fits in my tandem 2-car garage with a 2022 civic hatchback. With inches to spare

In person it is not small. Posting between lifted or full size trucks gives it a smaller impression. Picture shows XLT next to my colorado.

It's not 1994 any more. In this day and age the Maverick is a small truck with a surprising amount of utility while getting awesome gas milage at a great price. Sure the bed is just over 4.5 feet long but with the tailgate down you get a hair over 6.5 feet.

To be honest, I don't see that as Ford's fault. If you're not smart enough to know you should have flags while carrying extended loads, then you probably wouldn't know what the flags Ford gave you are for.
