No MTE showing on App.

I noticed since my last fill up no MTE readings are available on the App. Been a few days. Anyone else have this happen? No OTA updates since May either.

I just checked and mine is also not showing the fuel level. There must be an issue on the server side of the app.

Yes, I am having the same issue. I tried re-installing the app, however the percentage of fuel and miles to gallon fail to show. I will wait for them to resolve the issue.

No fuel level on my app either. Been that way for about a week. Try all the standard trouble shooting. Cleared cache. Forced app to stop. Restarted phone, uninstalled/reinstalled. Nothing worked. Logged into my account on the web and it shows correctly so it is communicating the fuel level.

Mine is out too....I noticed it the other day. I figured it was a glitch and Ford will correct it.

There are a couple threads about the fact connectivity is there since other info is coming across - it's just the Fuel level is not, or fuel level related details.

So this is totally on Ford's server side probably.

As long as you have other details coming across, like location and TPMS and OLM%.

I would NOT push your luck and be resetting things and reinstalling - you merely increase the odds of now causing a different issue.

If they coded a truck reading to land in the wrong field in the server data that your app gets info from - you won't see anything until they fix it.

Since some show the issue and some don't - some of us are probably homed to a different server - which means they also got sync issues between their own stuff.
If they can't get syncs with their own systems down - forget us getting right!

Ford app on my android phone won't show fuel level and mte. But I just added my wife as the second driver and her iPhone 16 has no issue of displaying fuel level and mte. This seems like android issue?

You'd have to read thru the several threads about this and see if any comments from iPhone users - I thought there were some non-working.

Same as some Android users have it working.

Or maybe that was the difference. Indeed on Ford's side either way - as another thread points out - known issue on their end with app that will require an update.

Mine works. even filled up today and it updated. Android user. I do notice more hybrid owners have the issue. Probably coincidence.
