This reminds me of when I was in the Army at 17 and my friend from Wyoming actually had me believing there was such a thing as a jackalope. He had one in his dorm room. He had me going for a few months...

I’ve been working on finishing out the updates for my Lariat and since they don’t have a King Ranch version I thought I would take it up a notch and see what I could do. This is the latest picture, let me know your thoughts, is it too much? Or okay as it is?

We should have allowed Texas to secede.

Doesn't it interfere with the Adaptive Cruise, and other functions requiring the in-grill radar/lidar unit, hanging directly in front of it, or does it sit high enough to not be an issue?

Had a thought, lower them onto the bumper, and you'd have a pointy bush/brush bar for the front end.

That hood ornament is mounted in the wrong place. The driver has to be able to see it too.

I like it, how did you mount it. BTW, I'm not sure that people on the forum, not from Texas, don't realize how common, horns on cars and trucks are. I see a couple a day. Well done.

You might be thinking into a little too much.

Yea who needs that front sensor you paid extra for...

Insurance wise, not a smart move. You do you though.

Wish I had pics of my born in Texas but lived in Central Oregon ranching territory father in laws 1972 Chevy pickup. Along with glass pack dual exhaust for the 350:
1. Chrome horseshoes near front and rear side marker lights and two on tailgate.
2. Semi-sized mud flaps with chrome on bottom that with a load would scrape.
3. Non functional air horns and functioning cab lights on the roof.
4. Non functioning 6 inch chrome exhaust stacks in the bed right behind the cab.
5 And finally, a smaller than these set of horns in place of the hood ornament.
Everyone knew JD's pickup!
