First Ford logos I recall. And the second one is the one I remember the most.
I consider myself a GM person but I grew up around an 8N Ford. My grandaddy's was the first. After seeing what a workhorse it was, I got one for some property I owned. Easy to work on and you could find parts at NAPA or the TSC store.

That engine may have its roots in the Model A

It's actually funny how the font/typeface has stayed so consistent. The basic oval design goes back to 1912, over 100 years. Though the "Blue oval" style is only 98 years old, was adopted in 1927.

I rest my case...

"Look at this. Ever since the Ford XP-38 came out, they just aren't in demand."
"It'll be enough."
―Luke Skywalker laments the low selling price of his landspeeder to Obi-Wan Kenobi
A few weeks later, Ford XP-38 owners find their repulsorlifts go bad if they retrofit bigger turbine fans and use a FORSCAN mod to raise hover height by a couple feet. Not to mention that confounded terrain scanner that keeps freezing up.

That's a "heritage" thing" I doubt you'll ever see that go away. Get a time machine and flash away to the future and you'll probably see it on a starship or a land speeder.
I doubt Ford will still be around by then. They're hanging on by a thread as it is.
