Millions and millions of Americans have very little left at the end of their pay week. They may have ten dollars left. $5 for gas and $5 to buy a box of Mac and cheese and a can of tomatoes to feed their family . I once worked with a woman who was practically in tears and ashamed to ask me for $20 to buy groceries to feed her children. Their was nothing comical about it.Our government does not do a very good job in making sure fathers live up to their responsibility . And yes, she paid me back the next paycheck even though I told her not to.Its really amazing what the price point is before it effects people, $5 RUG hasn't slowed down or bothered anyone here i can tell. So the price point is $6, $7, $8 gal? I kept my f150 3.5 that can muster 25mpg, however I am putting the miles on the 53mpg Mav. I have noticed just a handful of people slowing down and doing the speed limit!!
Then there's the people that put $5 worth of RUG in their tank, said it will get me to work. Well now you got to stop and get fuel on the way home.
Sometimes its almost comical.
