Lower active grille shutter damaged. Replacing?

Has anyone had to replace the radiator shutter? If so did y’all have to also replace the radiator support panel?

I've pulled out some of the vanes for my Demco baseplate install. They just pop in and out...but what happened? Is the side frame damaged somehow?

That radiator support shell is $800 ,you shouldn’t have to change that( and it is a pain in the ….)
The grill shutters are around 300$ for upper and lower with the motor , unless you can find one in the junkyard yet!

On my 2022 hybrid lariat I had my lower shutters removed and holes made in my air dam to satisfy the "possible engine fire" TSB.
