Will the HF650M work with the Elevate TS rails?
Why yes, they do work together :)
The only modification I did was to remove the seal from the HF650m rails, applied some black silicone and squeezed them together with the rear edges aligned. The thick, wide sponge seal that came with one of the rails I cut in half to seal the front edge (I hope)and the narrow weatherstrip I put crosswise to seal the seam between the plastic bed cap and back of the cab.

Just installed, so no water intrusion tests.

Got mine today and installed in high heat and humidity. Don’t care if I have heatstroke - it’s awesome!

Installed mine today... What a pain in the butt to align it so the latches lock on each side.

Maybe it's just my first time ever installing one of these, it took me maybe 20 minutes to get the cover onto the rails, and then an hour of fiddling with the latches and centering the cover.

It seems each side of the latches that lock the sections to the side of the bed, have almost no wiggle room on each side and must be PERFECTLY centered to within an atom or two.

Just ever so slightly off center? only 1 side latches, breathe on opposite side ... now both sides latch, tighten the knobs to lock the back of the cover to the bed... 2 out of 3 panels lock on both sides... rinse and repeat.

I hear ya on the alignment thing. I think I cheated a bit as I didn’t align the cover off of the front of the bed (bulkhead). After getting it unfolded, I let the tailgate push the seal and hard plastic clips to align the cover. That seemed to work good for me….

Yes. Use the tailgate to align the cover. I measured the distance from the rear edge of the cover to the vertical piece of plastic that will drop down just inside of the close tailgate.put masking tape on end of bed rails on both sides. With tailgate closed I drew a line where the inside edge of tailgate was then measured and marked on tape that distance. Then I placed rear edge of cover to that mark. I was reluctant to use the closing of the tailgate to position the cover being afraid it might push it too far. Then I put cardboard on top of cover close to the window then stacked enough bricks on the cover to mash the rubber seals flat. This made the fasteners easier to screw the fasteners tight without having to compress the rubber with a wrench. Just tighten after doing finger tight. Had to crawl in bed under cover though.

Eventually I was able to get it. I pushed it far enough back that that the corner seals just touched the vertical plastic pieces on the side of the back window, tightened the knobs enough that they would hold the cover firmly enough to the rails, unfolded and shifted it it slightly panel by panel until all the latches locked on each side then folded it back up, and tightened the knobs little by little on each side - everything locks now and I can open and close the tailgate while the cover is closed and locked with no issues.

then i doused it with 303 and called it a day.

I installed mine on top of a drop-in liner.

Rugged Liner truck bed Liners

The only problem was sealing the front water-proofing rubber interface. It required lots of pressure during installation (because of the liner overhang) even without the additional supplied foam weatherstripping.

I put three gallons of paint and two boxes of sheetrock taping mud on top of my liner then crawled into bed to secure the clamps.🤗
