Just installed the latest Mabett Fender lights on my 25 XL. Install was very easy with a bit of common sense. The instructions are fairly useless.
It was said that these lights were slimmed down a bit from the previous version of this light. While the doors don't rub them when opening with these, there is only about 2mm space between the bottom half of the housing and the door. I will probably clearance these a bit more, as it is too close for my taste.
The black gloss center piece looks nice, and I added a bit of Bronze pinstripes in the groove to accent the wheels and other Bronze bits. They match well with my gloss black mirror caps.
Install was pretty easy, about 30 minutes taking my time. I found it easy to remove the old clips by pushing them in on one side through to my hand on the backside with the included pry tool.
In day light the brightness is OK, I suspect they will look much brighter at night. They will offer a bit more safety. All in all, pretty happy with these, as most Mabett products!
