I may not be June but I'm close, the 4th of July and still no word on a scheduling date. Sadness wants a ride in my velocity blue Maverick.

Still waiting to be scheduled. XL Hybrid with hitch, lumens bed lights, 400W inverter and full interior mat package in Velocity Blue, ordered at Montrose Ford, Fairlawn, OH and confirmed by Ford same day, on June 17, 2021. I'm thinking delivery by July 4, 2022. Was first Maverick order taken by that dealer. I'm thinking mostly XLT and Lariat Hybrids are getting built first. How many out there have orders from June and still have no build date? I’m one with a June 19th order. That is a week after they first started taking orders and no word from Ford after the initial order confirmation email.
Parts availability kind of kicks that out the window. What ever happened to. First come first served and customer's always right.
I was hoping for March but it is what it is I guess. It’s just frustrating that others with later order dates get selected before us. I know I live in New England so I’m last on the list and once again it is what it is. Just put your head down and go forwardI have that combo ordered in July and was told it will in all likelihood summer before I get the truck. I followed up with Ford Marketing and they were much less negative said I should get it in May.
I have a June order with only a confirmation email. Contacted Ford direct and my dealer both say order is submitted with out a scheduled for product yetQuestion: Who has an unscheduled June order?
Literally the first post: My truck has been in production for two weeks.
No one asked about people with build dates, let alone someone who already has their truck built. Are people being assholes on purpose or just can't read?
Anyway, I too have a order date of 06/19 and no build date scheduled.
I don't remember it this way. I don't remember in June knowing that production wouldn't start until September. I remember that deliveries were to be in Fall, so I guess that is where that comes from. I don't remember thinking that a mid-October delivery was the best case scenario though.Production didn't start until mid-September. I know it sucks to still not be scheduled, but you knew up front that it would take 3 months to even start production and at least 1 month in transit. That means that the best case scenario for a June order was mid-October delivery. So yes, you're 2 months behind now.. but some perspective is in order.
You will receive a 2022 model. They've pushed back ordering on the 2023s. They're going to produce all of the Mavericks currently ordered.June 23rd order, Hybrid Lariat Poverty with hitch and co-pilot, only FITs email and still waiting for production date. I doubt I would receive a 2022 model.
I'm not surprised about the wait. Also, I remember back in the 70's and 80's, Honda and Toyota would advertise base Civics and Corollas, for a low starting price, but they were almost never on the dealers lots, and what was there usually had $2K ADM added, plus the usual expensive rustproofing, add-on radios, upholstery Scoth-Guard, and the like, so usually double or more what the base model was. What ever happened to. First come first served and customer's always right.
Me as well. The EPA kinda screwed us plus Ford misjudged the demand for the hybrid and the Maverick in general. I just hope for a late winter delivery or early spring fingerI don't remember it this way. I don't remember in June knowing that production wouldn't start until September. ETA - I remember thinking that Dec. 21 was worst case scenario (end of Fall). I remember joking that it would be after Christmas.
Yes we will get a 2022. Probably in 2024You will receive a 2022 model. They've pushed back ordering on the 2023s. They're going to produce all of the Mavericks currently ordered.
