Is 4k Towing Package Worth It

I found a 2025 with 4k on it and everything I want with 143 miles on it. The only issue is that it's a dealer loaner that was activated on December 2025, so it's lost 6 months of warranty. Has anyone had experience buying loaner vehicles?

I thought the warranty started when it was titled since it's presumably being sold as new/untitled? That being said, I don't know if there's a mileage addition or not.

Sounds like a negotiation point to me. "Throw in an extended warranty and I'll take it."

I purchased a Chevy that was a dealer loaner with 600 miles on it. 36 months start the day you sign the purchase papers, the mileage for warranty was listed as 36,600. In other words Chevrolet gave me 36k miles added to current odometer reading. I would demand the same from Ford.

I would watch that show: a series of head to-head track competitions between really mundane modern cars and sports cars of the past.

Reminds me of the joke about putting an ordinary "everyman" as a ringer into the Olympics to show what peak performance really looks like... "In lane 1, it's the defending gold medalist and world record holder from Australia going against... Edgar in lane 2, a 50-year-old insurance salesman and father of four from Des Moines."
