iPhone connection issue

So when my iPhone is plugged in and Apple car play is running, every time I get a call and answer with steering wheel or on display screen it picks up but I can’t hear anyone and they can’t hear me. I have to end call and call back. Seems to only be with incoming calls. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Thanks

You might look at settings on the phone. Go to settings: Accessibility: Touch: scroll down to Call Audio Routing and toggle between automatic and speaker. Might make a difference.

Nope, mine works perfectly, I have a iPhone 13. Make sure you have the latest phone software as well as Sync software. When was the last time you rebooted your phone?

January 19. Sold the Nissan Frontier to Caravan at no loss, so I was glad to get out from under that and with this Hybrid I am so glad I did. 19mpg vs an average of 39mpg.

Not sure if this is always the case but I take mine off the car speakers by touching the speaker sign in the phone it’ll show speaker,phone, maverick. And when I get the next call it’ll remember what I was using. So if it’s on phone let’s say that might be why you can’t hear. Next time you get a call switch it to maverick and see if it fixes your problem.
