I went onto Poconos Mountain the past weekend. My phone is on premium TMobile 5G plan but there is no TMobile network available there.
To my surprise, my phone couldn't connect to Android Auto on my Maverick, even though the Bluetooth connected very quickly. I tried rebooting phone, turning off/on Bluetooth but didn't help.
Once I got home with cellular network available, Android Auto connection came back.
But I noticed that Android Auto continued to work in the places without signals once I connected before losing the cellular coverage.
Is this the expected behavior?
