Not sure why it was necessary to make this announcement. Nonetheless it has been pared down in terms of information provided. But it has always worked just fine. iOS16 should be sufficient to run this app without having to upgrade a phone.

Hey yeah that looks a lot better with it matching. That is the thing that turned me off on these was the yellow. I may consider doing this now.

LASFIT took them off their store front. They claim they will reintroduce them at a later time when they figure out how to make them work properly. In the interim Diode Dynamics and using ForScan is the way to go. Unless you want to use resistors, which I did not.

I did check my brakes lights with the older LasFit LED and the brake lights worked fine. I just have the hyper-flash on the dash. But today I finally got around to using ForScan and disabled the bulb outage warning for brakes and rear turn signals. Problem solved! This would likely resolve...

Gotcha... yeah I didn't check that, but I will just to see before I leave work today.

What that the original bulbs or the new T2 bulbs? I have the old original and they work just fine, no outage when braking. Just wondering!

I am doing the Forscan fix today when I get off work. I just had the 2 recalls done yesterday. I have the original Lasfit LED bulbs. They work just fine I just get the rapid hyper flash on the dash. I started to go the resistor route, but heck with it. I will just turn off the bulb warning...

I know the front turn signals are incandescent and I am pretty sure the rears are too. Even though on the Lariat and Lobo it says rear led taillights. I think they are talking about the signature lighting around the edges.

I really don't like that they moved just about all the control into the display. But seems that is where all the car manufacturers are going these days. I do like the bigger screen overall.

I sure hope they are fully LED that would be nice. But I have my suspicions based on the front end that still shows incandescent turn signals that it won't be different that it is now. Like you said, we shall see. Hope I am wrong.

The order guid says LED tail lights. But are these the same as the previous year. Just has the signature led surround, but the actual turn/brake lights are incandescent? I would imagine the back-up lights are not LED either. I can see on the front that the front blinkers are incandescent.
