I ordered XL hybrid on 8/4 ford received my order from dealer and got first email. while I was in full agreement I wont be first I thought more people ahead of me would be further along. i was hoping for build in October - wrong and get by Christmas - wrong. I am definitely betting on February next year though.

Has anyone who has ordered a hybrid received a build confirmation? Hopefully most of you all aren’t in my situation and are banking on this car to replace a car I recently totaled. We’re in this together!

I ordered a hybrid in the beggining of July and have a build date of 09/20. I made sure my deadlier upgraded my retail code.

FWIW, there are 34 Hybrids with build dates in this site's order spreadsheet.
The build dates break down like this:

Aug - 2 Hybrids
Sept - 8 Hybrids
Oct - 17 Hybrids
Nov - 5 Hybrids
Dec - 1 Hybrids
Feb(2022) - 1 Hybrids

Some probably meaningless observations:

-Big gap in HB scheduling between 10/18 and 11/1
-Only 1 XLT Luxury Package shows up before 10/18 (6 of the 8 after that date have XLT Lux Package)
-CoPilot 360 Packages show up randomly throughout, with the earliest on 9/14
-The only one that shows a Toneau Cover is the one scheduled in Feb 2022

It's very possible that these folks misunderstood what "Estimated Build Date" and "Actual Build Date" were supposed to mean.

(Or maybe I misunderstood. I take Estimated to mean the date that shows up in your email when you get scheduled , and Actual to mean the date it really got built. Is that what they really mean?)

If there is no VIN # assigned then the "Estimated Build Date" is not a real build date and either an estimate from the dealership or just a random number the buyers entered.

Any entry currently with a date past 10/18/21 is bogus.

The entries of 11/1/21, 11/15/21, 12/12/21 and 02/05/22 are bogus.

And what is it with RoadKingtc88 having multiple entries with build dates of 4/10/21?
